Speaking about Woh Lamhe, the wikipedia entry is quite hilarious (here). It reads "The movie had its share of controversy when a leading Pakistani band, Jal, accused the producers of the move of stealing their song, Woh Lamhe. The music director, Anu Malik, credited himself for only "re-creating" the song on the album, but there is still a heavily noticeable resemblance." (here's news for you .... the song was a blatant copy ... you dont need a genius to figure that out ! ... i'm amazed Anu Malik has survived the legal action thus far)
